Refund Policy

At STS Media, all services are non-refundable once an order is placed and payment is completed.

We do not offer refunds to your original payment method for any reason. Once a deposit is made, it cannot be reversed. Your payment will remain a balance in your STS Media account and can be used for future orders.

Non-Deliverable Orders

If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order, the paid amount will be credited back to your STS Media account balance. This credit can only be used for future purchases on our website.

Important Points:

• Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after being placed.

• Private or incorrect account details will disqualify your order from any refund or compensation. Please ensure your account is public and your order details are accurate before placing any order.

• If you open a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to:

  • Terminate your account.

  • Cancel all pending and future orders.

  • Remove any delivered followers, likes, or services from your or your clients' accounts.

Multiple Servers Warning

Do not run multiple servers/services at the same time for the same social media page. This may result in delivery issues, and such orders will not be refundable.
